    Terms & Conditions

    Last updated: April 1, 2026

    1. Agreement To These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Big Dump Energy website, quote requests, booking requests, phone, text, email, and dumpster rental services. By using our website or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.

Big Dump Energy provides roll-off dumpster rental services across the Greater Phoenix area. These Terms are intended to cover general website and service use. If a written quote, invoice, rental agreement, or signed service document includes different terms, that document controls for the specific rental.

    2. Quotes, Pricing, And Availability

Website pricing, dumpster availability, delivery windows, pickup windows, included tonnage, rental periods, and fees may change based on location, schedule, disposal costs, load contents, weight, access conditions, and other job-specific factors.

A quote is not a final booking until Big Dump Energy confirms the rental details. Same-day and next-day delivery may be available, but is not guaranteed unless confirmed by Big Dump Energy.

    3. Customer Responsibilities

    You are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate contact, delivery, pickup, and billing information.
    • Ensuring the delivery area is clear, accessible, and safe.
    • Obtaining any required permits, HOA approvals, or property approvals.
    • Loading the dumpster safely and within the fill line and weight limits.
    • Keeping prohibited materials out of the dumpster.
    • Not moving, relocating, modifying, or damaging the dumpster.
    • Paying all agreed rental charges, overage fees, damage fees, and other applicable charges.

    4. Delivery, Placement, And Pickup

You must provide a suitable placement location with enough room for safe delivery and pickup. Big Dump Energy may refuse or delay service if the placement area is unsafe, blocked, too narrow, unstable, restricted, or otherwise unsuitable.

We make reasonable efforts to place dumpsters carefully, but driveways, pavers, asphalt, concrete, landscaping, irrigation, curbs, sidewalks, and other surfaces may be damaged by heavy equipment or loaded dumpsters. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate placement location and protecting your property where needed.

    5. Rental Periods, Extensions, And Access

Rental periods are based on the package or quote confirmed by Big Dump Energy. Extensions may be available if requested before the scheduled pickup and may result in additional fees.

If we cannot pick up the dumpster because access is blocked, the load is unsafe, the dumpster is overloaded, or prohibited materials are present, additional trip, delay, rental, disposal, or handling fees may apply.

    6. Accepted And Prohibited Materials

Accepted materials vary by load, local disposal rules, and dumpster size. Common accepted materials may include household junk, furniture, construction debris, renovation debris, roofing shingles, drywall, flooring, yard debris, dirt, brick, block, and similar non-hazardous materials.

Prohibited materials include hazardous waste, chemicals, biohazards, liquid paint, wet cement or slurry, tires, batteries, electronics, medical waste, appliances containing Freon, flammable materials, and any other material prohibited by law, disposal facility rules, or Big Dump Energy policy.

You are responsible for all costs, penalties, rejection fees, cleanup fees, special handling fees, and damages caused by prohibited, unsafe, overweight, or incorrectly loaded materials.

    7. Weight Limits, Fill Lines, And Overage Fees

Each dumpster rental may include a weight allowance. Loads must remain within the applicable weight limit, legal transport limit, and dumpster fill line. Heavy materials such as dirt, rock, brick, block, concrete, tile, shingles, and plaster can exceed weight limits quickly.

If your load exceeds the included weight, additional weight charges may apply. If the dumpster is overloaded or unsafe to transport, we may require you to remove material before pickup or may charge additional handling, delay, or trip fees.

    8. Payments, Cancellations, And Refunds

Payment terms are provided in your quote, invoice, or booking confirmation. Deposits, prepayment, cancellation fees, failed payment fees, and late fees may apply depending on the rental details.

Cancellations should be made as early as possible. If a cancellation is made after dispatch, after scheduling resources, or after delivery, charges may apply. Refunds, when available, are handled based on the confirmed rental details and work already performed.

    9. Permits, HOA Rules, And Legal Compliance

You are responsible for determining whether your dumpster placement requires a permit, HOA approval, property manager approval, city approval, right-of-way approval, or any other authorization. This is especially important for street, alley, sidewalk, shared driveway, commercial property, and multifamily property placement.

You agree to use the dumpster in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, disposal rules, property rules, and safety requirements.

    10. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, access systems without permission, submit false information, misuse forms, copy protected content for commercial use, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

Marketing communications, if used, will be sent only where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions provided, and you may opt out of text messages by replying STOP where text messaging is available.

    12. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Dump Energy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, project delays, property access issues, disposal facility delays, or third-party actions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the website or services is limited to the amount you paid Big Dump Energy for the specific rental or service giving rise to the claim.

    13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Big Dump Energy and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the website or services, your load contents, your property conditions, your failure to obtain approvals, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law.

    14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona unless a written agreement states otherwise.

    15. Updates To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
